Gigi Hadid and Tommy Hilfiger, the legendary fashion duo, have once again revved up their creative engines to introduce the fourth ‘TommyXGigi’ fashion series to the world.
For their Spring 2018 “see now, buy now” collection, scheduled to be displayed at Milan Fashion Week on February 25th, the two fashion trailblazers have chosen a striking motorsports theme. This lineup, which can be previewed on Tommy.com, allows dedicated fans to compile a personalised wishlist before the collection’s launch. The collection proudly parades racing motifs and tri-colour stripes in bold combinations of red, white, and blue. It incorporates pieces such as spacious windbreaker jackets, cropped moto jackets, and sporty gloves crafted in white perforated leather. Additionally, tees, zippered pants, and knitwear are featured. The tricolour stripes are not confined to clothing alone, adorning black ankle boots, platform mules, deconstructed sweaters, and tote bags in equal measure.
By now, Hadid’s prowess in fashion design is unsurpassed, having collaborated with the house on three previous “TommyXGigi” collections since September 2016. Each edition has been revealed through an innovative, interactive catwalk display in a unique city, and has gone up for grabs for fans right after the showcases.
