The surgeon, the psychiatrist and the internist go duck hunting.
Suddenly a duck flies over them, and the internist raises his rifle, but does not fire.
“Why didn’t you shoot?”
the surgeon wonders.
“Are you sure it was a duck?”
the internist asks back.
“It could have been a different kind of bird.”
A duck flies over them again.
