The controversy speculates that Lipa may have heard Artikal Sound System’s song and drew heavily from it for Levitating.
With noticeable resemblances in the two songs, especially the choruses, the lawsuit gains grounds.
The band has also implicated Lipa’s label, Warner Records, and several associated entities in their claim.
