Joke: A reporter was notorious for always sneaking in a pun into his news…

His editor was always on a look out for the pun, which he always removed before sending the story on to be printed.

One day, there was a gas explosion that killed ten people.

The editor looked over the reporter’s story about the tragedy, trying unsuccessfully to find the pun.

Since the deadline was close, so he called up the reporter and said, “I give up, what was the pun in the story about the ten people who died in the gas explosion?

The reporter answered dryly, “No pun in ten dead.”
