Pop sensation Dua Lipa has been actively sharing glimpses of her enchanting vacation in St. Barts with her fanbase.
Recently, the twenty-six-year-old crooner left her fans in awe with her captivating photographs, where she’s seen donning an eye-catching pink bikini combined with a matching skirt, enjoying the tropical sun.
Taking a break from her tumultuous personal life, Lipa looked dazzling as she lazed around on the verdant grass under the warm rays of the tropical sun.
The well-timed getaway comes on the heels of her reported break-up with longtime boyfriend, Anwar Hadid. After two years of dating, the beloved couple is presumably parting ways, as per inside sources cited by People.
Lipa, 26 and Anwar, 22, are said to be spending time apart to figure things out amidst rumors of a split that surfaced last week.
According to a report by The Sun, their relationship hit turbulent waters due to the pressures of frequent travels and the consequential physical separation.
Speculations began to rise when the duo were not seen together in public for almost half a year while Lipa was occupied recording music in London and Los Angeles, with Hadid staying put in New York City along with their pet dog, Dexter.
The Sun floated the idea of a suspected break with the explanation, “The estranged lovebirds discussed cooling off their relationship last month as continuous travel and time apart are found to be challenging”.
The insider further added hints of an ongoing crisis in their relationship, terming it as on the rocks.
The first lights of their blossoming love story were shed when Lipa confessed during her appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” in May 2021 that they first encountered each other at a barbecue and later, she bravely began the conversation with him through direct messages.
They sparked off romance headlines when they were clicked together in a romantic embrace at the British Summer Time Music Festival, London in June 2019.
Further fueling the hearsay, they were seen together at the New York Fashion Week in September 2019.
During the world-wide COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, the couple shared intimate time together in London while self-quarantining in an Airbnb after Lipa’s apartment was flooded.
They also spent some quality time together at his mother Yolanda Hadid’s farm in Pennsylvania.
Lipa nostalgically recited their tranquil routine during the lockdown, “A typical day would include waking up at 9 or 9:30, showering, getting dressed, having a leisurely breakfast, taking the dog for a comprehensive walk, practicing some yoga, preparing lunch, lounging around, watching a movie, and playing with the animals.”.
