Accessorizing with a chic baseball cap, Dua Layered the cap beneath an intricately patterned scarf tied neatly underneath her chin.
The singer’s fashion-savvy ensemble was not the only aspect turning heads. The Future Nostalgia Tour is in support of Dua Lipa’s second studio album, Future Nostalgia, which has been postponed multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally commencing in Florida last month, the album proved its worth by winning the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album in March 2021. Its lead single, Don’t Start Now, received critical accolades and Grammy nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance.
The tour is prepared to wind down in November in Perth, Australia. Ceremony London produced the tour, sponsored by Truly Hard Seltzer and promoted by Live Nation. The tour features supporting acts; Megan Thee Stallion, Griff, Tove Lo, and Angeรจle.
Though the celebrations are high, the singer is currently facing legal allegations. A report claimed last week that the pop sensation is accused of plagiarizing her hit song Levitating. Artikal Sound System, a band, believes that Dua and her team have copied their 2017 reggae single, Live Your Life. The band argues that there are similarities in the choruses of both tracks. Therefore, they are seeking any profits made from her hit track.
