Brittney Boyce, or as her many admirers know her – @nails_of_la, the sought-after nail artist for celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Charli D’Amelio, and of course Megan Fox, posted her most recent masterpiece on Instagram on December 7. It featured a spirited video premiere of Fox showcasing her new set of nails, blatantly shiny, long, and square-shaped, adorned with a coat of metallic silver chrome polish. Distinguished with 3D bubbles, thumb hearts partnered with the playful yet spirited message spelled out in bubble letters across two hands – “boys suck”. Authenticity couldn’t get more real!
During a conversation with Allure, Boyce let the cat out of the bag that the nail set was created in a painstaking 5-hour effort, and involved hand-sculpting the clay. Yet, she was quite ecstatic as “We had an intention to manifest something radical, daring coupled with a 3D twist. Since we’re both crushing on the chrome nails trend, we picked that style,” she explained.
This isn’t a singular instance of Fox and Boyce’s mesmerizing partnership creating magic within the domain of nail artistry. Last year saw them pioneering aura nails, nonetheless, they further stylized this hip trend with personalized colors that impeccably matched Fox’s signature style.
Of late, Fox seems to have fun exploring various facets of her looks, with a particular focus on the beauty territory. For instance, in September, she transformed her hair to a vibrant cherry red shade with just a $17 product, and she smartly accessorized her dazzling bob with hair pins as bold in words as she is in style – “f*ck off”. It’s quite evident that she’s comfortable with expressing her thoughts and even wears her audacity with panache – and we couldn’t love her more for it!
Moreover, earlier this year, Fox sported a new tattoo spree featuring a cover-up tattoo gracing her abdomen and finger.
