Dua Lipa, known for her captivating performances and thrilling hit songs, turned heads this week with her appearance at Australia’s ARIA music awards.
On Thursday, Lipa took some free time to bask under the warm Sun while in Hamilton Island, near the awe-inspiring Great Barrier Reef. The 24-year-old British singer looked exuberant as she showcased her finely-toned physique in a petite pink bikini.
In additional photos taken from the boat trip, Lipa was captured emerging from the water, phone in hand, for a perfectly composed beachside photo.
With her hair styled into a neat bun and with a trace of makeup, the “One Kiss” singer appeared effortlessly chic. Following her performance at the ARIA’s, where she donned a provocative sheer corset designed by Australian designer Dion Lee, Lipa’s tranquility is well-deserved.
During her performance, Lipa paired her bold ensemble with white briefs, a shrug, and spotless white sneakers, rendering a medley of her hits, including her new single, “Don’t Start Now.”
She later shared a couple of tempting photos on Instagram that showed her poised in a marble bathroom, donning the same outfit. She had styled her hair in an impressive back-tie, with two blonde locks framing her fascinating face.
Hitting Australia isn’t an alien experience for Lipa, as she toured the country back in 2018 following her signing with the Warner Music Group in 2015.
In a recent conversation, Lipa shed light on what fans can expect from her upcoming album and remarked subtly that she doesn’t generally warn her ex-partners about her candid lyrics.
Lipa released “Don’t Start Now” earlier this month, detailing how the song signifies a fresh chapter in her life. This song is about moving on and not letting anyone disrupt that. Engaging the same creative team involved in “New Rules”, this track seemed a fitting way to kick start the new era.
The singer went public with her relationship with model Anwar Hadid in June, after breaking up with Isaac Carew, her on-and-off boyfriend. She graced the red carpet with Hadid for the first time at the American Music Awards. Lipa enthusiastically called “Don’t Start Now” a great teaser for what’s to be expected from her up-and-coming album.
“The whole record has a theme running through it. It’s very disco-inspired. It’s ’80s-inspired. It’s fun. You’re guaranteed a good time,” Lipa enthused.
Meanwhile, Lipa’s ex-boyfriend Isaac, a former chef and now a model, made an appearance on ‘This Morning.’ He enthralled everyone on the show with his culinary talent by preparing a tasty mushroom and parsley risotto.
