Dua Lipa Enthralls with Her Bold and Alluring Performance in Sweden

There’s no doubt about it; Dua Lipa is the artist of our time, notorious for her empowering, electrifying music and unparalleled stage energy.

Living up to her superstar image, Dua Lipa enraptured everyone with an animated and iconoclastic performance in Stockholm, Sweden, on a fresh Tuesday evening.

The 22-year-old “New Rules” sensation showcased a dazzling performance, captivating everyone with her bold choice of a blue satin bralet that complimented her toned abs and sleek figure as she passionately crooned her anthems.

Amplifying her appeal, the artist had chosen to complement her look with trendy black harem pants and a dual-toned black and white ensemble. Displaying her sense of style, she sportingly let her coat slide off one shoulder, teasingly revealing her bra.

The gorgeous singer sported a sleek bob, precisely parted to the side highlighting her expressive eyes accentuated by a blend of black and blue liner, fluttery lashes, and glossy peach lipstick.

Exuding assurance and star-quality, Dua Lipa displayed her dance skills unfalteringly throughout her performance.

Earlier this year, she added to her list of accolades at the BRIT Awards, where she garnered the title of “British Female Solo Artist” and “British Breakthrough.”

Addressing some of the misconceptions emerging from her chart-topping track “New Rules,” Dua Lipa clarified her narrative in a conversation with Teen Vogue. She noted that, contrary to popular belief, her music does not endorse a hatred for men.

The artist, famously championing women’s power through her music, revealed that ‘a lot of men confront her, claiming “You really hate men, don’t you?”’

Refuting these assumptions, Dua explains her forthright style of music: ‘That’s a misconception. My songs are candid, and I never hold back.’

Discussing her competitive character, Dua emphasized her internal battle rather than with others. She voiced, ‘I always aspire to outperform my previous day.’

Born to Albanian parents on August 22, 1995, in London, Dua Lipa relocated to Pristina, Kosovo, at the age of 11.

The charismatic singer, who recently collaborated with Calvin Harris on the hit single “One Kiss,” expressed her wish to continue in the industry with transparency and honesty.

‘I yearn to increase my self-confidence and not be afraid of my thoughts,’ asserted Dua.

In her popular song “New Rules,” she delivers empowering advice to her fans, which includes lines like ‘One, don’t pick up the phone – they’re drunk and alone. Two, don’t let them in – save yourself from throwing them out again. And Three, don’t be their friend – it never ends well.’.

In addition to these rules, Dua advises her fans to ‘block them on social media’ for their peace of mind.

“New Rules” has surpassed 1.1 billion streams on YouTube and holds various accolades, including double platinum in countries such as the US, Italy, Spain, UK, Belgium, and New Zealand.

Dua shares that her inspiration for the “New Rules” video came from a vintage Versace advertisement featuring Naomi Campbell.
